Shipping Policy

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order, including original shipping charges.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor delivery status.

Back Orders

If an item in your order becomes temporarily unavailable and is placed on back order:

• We will ship available items immediately (if applicable).

• Once the back-ordered item becomes available, we will cover the shipping cost to send the remaining item(s) to you.

• There is no additional shipping charge to you for back-ordered shipments.

Returns Policy

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition.

• Items must be returned in original packaging.

• Return requests must be made within ___ days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (excluding original shipping charges).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
